GLUT2 0.61 μM (IC50) |
In Vitro
G2iA inhibits glucose uptake via human GLUT2∆loopS_Q455R expressed in the hxt0 yeast strain EBY.S7, with an IC50 of 0.61 µM, and acts as a noncompetitive inhibitor with respect to glucose[1].
G2iA (100 µM; 10 min) is a GLUT2-selective inhibitor that, at a concentration of 100 µM, does not significantly inhibit GLUT1, GLUT3, GLUT4, or GLUT5 in hxt0 yeast transport assays[1].
MedChemExpress (MCE) has not independently confirmed the accuracy of these methods. They are for reference only. Further protocols information, click here.

Cell Cytotoxicity Assay
Cytotoxicity assays are usually based on the assessment of cell membrane damage, which can also be indirectly detected by measuring cell viability. Detection methods include MTT assay, CKK-8 assay, LDH assay and ATP assay, etc.
