Clofarabine solution is mainly composed of Clofarabine (HY-A0005). Clofarabine, a nucleoside analogue for research of cancer, is a potent inhibitor of ribonucleotide reductase (IC50=65 nM) by binding to the allosteric site on the regulatory subunit.
