cTMTP1
cTMTP1 (Cyclic TMTP1) is the cyclic form of TMTP1 (HY-P11815). TMTP1 is a tumor-targeting peptide that selectively targets highly metastatic tumor cells. The cTMTP1-based [68Ga]Ga-DOTA-cTMTP1 probe is used for visualization of hepatocellular carcinoma. cTMTP1 can form a 68Ga-DOTA radiotracer that accumulates in highly metastatic cervical cancer cells and is used for microPET tumor visualization. cTMTP1 is applicable to research related to hepatocellular carcinoma and cervical cancer.

cTMTP1-based radiotracer 68Ga-DOTA-TMTP1 (~18.5 KBq/well; 15-120 min; 10 μg cold cyclic TMTP1 pre-incubated for 15 min followed by 60-120 min incubation) exhibits specific, high uptake and retention in highly metastatic HeLa cervical cancer cells compared to low metastatic C-33A cells and normal End1 cells[2].
MedChemExpress (MCE) has not independently confirmed the accuracy of these methods. They are for reference only.
[68Ga]Ga-DOTA-cTMTP1 (i.v.; single dose) maintains high tumor-to-liver ratios (ranging from 2.20 to 2.55) and enables sensitive detection of small HCC lesions in transgenic c-Myc liver tumor mice[1].

Result:Reached tumor uptake of 1.3 %ID/g at 15 min, 1.09 %ID/g at 30 min, and 0.74 %ID/g at 150 min postinjection.
Achieved tumor-to-liver ratios of 2.65 at 30 min, 2.37 at 60 min, 2.14 at 120 min, and 2.69 at 150 min postinjection.
Reached tumor-to-muscle ratio of 11.17 at 150 min postinjection.
Exhibited blood clearance of 1.11 %ID/g at 30 min, 0.48 %ID/g at 60 min, and 0.22 %ID/g at 120 min postinjection.
Reduced tumor uptake to 0.36 %ID/g at 30 min and 0.32 %ID/g at 60 min postinjection upon coinjection of excess linear TMTP1 (p < 0.01).
