SPDP-DM4 (CH129-SPDP-DM4 ADC) (0-1 nM; 72 h) potently kills high-binding COLO205 colorectal cancer cells with an EC₅₀ of 0.1 nM, exerts nanomolar cytotoxicity on HCT-15 colorectal and BxPC3 pancreatic cancer cells^[2].
