Epacmarstobart
Based on 1 Customer Validation
Epacmarstobart (FSI-189; GS-0189) is an anti-SIRPα humanized antibody that blocks the CD47-SIRPα interaction. Epacmarstobart binds to human SIRPαV1 and SIRPαV2 with Kd values of 4.3 nM and 332 nM, respectively. Epacmarstobart enhances tumor cell phagocytosis in vitro in a SIRPα variant-dependent manner. Epacmarstobart can be used for research on non-Hodgkin lymphoma.

Flow Cytometry analysis of THP-1 cells labelling SIRPa (red) with Epacmarstobart (anti-SIRPa) (HY-P990019). Cells were stained with the primary antibody at 1/200 dilution for an hour at 4℃. Goat Anti-Human IgG H&L (AF488) (HY-P83776) was used as the secondary antibody at 1/1,000 dilution for 30 minutes at 4℃. Human IgG1 kappa (HY-P99991, blue) was used as the isotype control.
