IB15C
IB15C is an ILT3 (LILRB4) inhibitor with a human Kd of 0.92 μM. IB15C binds to a specific ILT3 pocket, disrupts ApoE interaction, and interferes with downstream inhibitory signaling pathways. IB15C reduces SHP1 and SHP2 phosphorylation, suppresses pro-inflammatory cytokine secretion, enhances amyloid uptake, and attenuates NF-κB activation. IB15C can be used for the research of alzheimer's disease.

LILRB 0.92 μM (Kd) |
IB15C binds to recombinant human ILT3 extracellular domain with submicromolar affinity, showing an apparent Kd of 0.92 μM[1].
IB15C inhibits the interaction between recombinant human ILT3 extracellular domain and ApoE in an ELISA-based assay with an IC50 of 0.48 μM[1].
IB15C inhibits the interaction between recombinant human ILT3 extracellular domain and ApoE in a BLI-based real-time assay with an IC50 of 0.64 μM[1].
IB15C (1-10 μM) reverses ILT3-dependent inhibitory signaling, reduces inflammatory activation, and restores Aβ uptake in human iPSC-derived microglia under Aβ42- and ApoE-driven conditions, with no detectable cytotoxicity at concentrations up to 10 μM[1].
