WF-5239 (2 minutes) potently inhibits Arachidonic acid (HY-109590)- and Collagen (HY-NP003)-induced aggregation in rabbit platelet-rich plasma, with IC₅₀ values of 1.25 μg/mL and 5.0 μg/mL respectively, and has no meaningful activity against ADP- or Thrombin (HY-114164)-induced aggregation^[1].
WF-5239 (100 μg/mL) exhibits no antimicrobial activity against yeasts, fungi, bacteria, or mycobacteria at 100 μg/mL^[1].

In Vivo

WF-5239 (3-30 mg/kg; i.p.; single dose) improves survival in a mouse model of Arachidonic acid-induced pulmonary thrombosis, with 80% survival observed at 30 mg/kg ^[1].
