IC50 & Target

IC50: 0.421 μM (DHODH)[1]

In Vitro

hDHODH-IN-12 (compound 5c) (100 μM; 24 h) reduces cell viability in A549, H1299 and H1975 cell lines[1].
The TC50 of A549, H1299, and H1975 cells are 11, 11 and 15 μM, respectively[1].

MedChemExpress (MCE) has not independently confirmed the accuracy of these methods. They are for reference only.

Help & FAQs
  • Do most proteins show cross-species activity?

Species cross-reactivity must be investigated individually for each product. Many human cytokines will produce a nice response in mouse cell lines, and many mouse proteins will show activity on human cells. Other proteins may have a lower specific activity when used in the opposite species.
