DHODH is the rate-limiting enzyme in the de novo synthesis of pyrimidine which is essential in DNA/RNA Synthesis. hDHODH-IN-12 is present in the inner membrane of human mitochondria.hDHODH-IN-12 can be used for the research of lung cancer.
