ISD sodium
Based on 4 publication(s) in Google Scholar
ISD sodium is an interferon-stimulatory DNA, a 45 bp non-CpG double-stranded oligonucleotide derived from the genome of Listeria monocytogenes. ISD sodium potently induces type I interferon production via the cGAS‑STING‑TBK1‑IRF3 pathway.

Biological Activity
ISD (2 μg/mL; 2-4 h) sodium activates the cGAS-STING pathway in bone marrow-derived macrophages, promotes the phosphorylation of STING and IRF3, and upregulates the mRNA expression of IFN-β, TNF-α, IL-6 and CXCL10[1].
ISD (8 μg per well; 6 h) sodium induces IFNB promoter activity mediated by the cGAS-STING signaling pathway in HeLa cells[2].
ISD (8 μg per well; 6 h) sodium induces the mRNA expression of Ifna4, Ifnb, Isg15 and Rsad2 in L929 cells/mouse bone marrow-derived macrophages[2].
MedChemExpress (MCE) has not independently confirmed the accuracy of these methods. They are for reference only.
