AB13-46A (compound 9) is a full agonist with sub-nanomolar potency at the human dopamine D3 receptor (hD3R), and exhibits a potency selectivity of up to 6300-fold over the human dopamine D2 receptor (hD2R)[1].
AB13-46A (48 h) exhibits reduced potency when the H291.32 residue of the human dopamine D3 receptor (hD3R) is mutated, indicating that this residue contributes to optimal agonist-induced receptor activation[1].
AB13-46A (10-50 μM; 30 min) binds to the human dopamine D3 receptor (hD3R) in a two-site mode[1].
