AS2-10

AS2-10 is a cyclooxygenase-2 (COX-2) inhibitor with an IC₅₀ of 3.6 μM. AS2-10 inhibits COX-2 through hydrogen bonding and electrostatic interactions within the catalytic pocket, and also exhibits inhibitory activity against COX-1. AS2-10 possesses peripheral analgesic and anti-inflammatory effects, alleviating acetic acid-induced writhing, formalin-induced licking responses, and Carrageenan (HY-125474)-induced paw edema. AS2-10 can be used in research related to inflammation and pain.
