BAA-065
BAA-065 is a selective and orally active PKMYT1 inhibitor with an IC50 of <50 nM. BAA-065 inhibits cancer cells proliferation, induces γH2AX expression and DNA damage. BAA-065 inhibits tumor growth in OVCAR3 xenograft mice. BAA-065 can be used for the research of cancer, such as ovarian cancer.

BAA-065 (6-500 nM) selectively induces γH2AX expression in multiple sensitive cancer cell lines, modulates cellular biomarkers of cell cycle progression and DNA damage in combination with topoisomerase 1 inhibitor SN38 (HY-13704) in OVCAR3 cells, and affects biomarkers of cell cycle progression in HCC1596 breast cancer cell line[1].
