Eucatropine (0.2-2.0 mg; i.c.v.; single injection) produces mild, short-lasting inconsistent emotional changes, consistent mydriasis and tachypnea, consistent ataxia, no impelling locomotion, and near-undetectable fighting behavior in unanesthetized cats^[1].

Produced inconsistent emotional effects including miaowing, loud calling, loss of interest of the surroundings, rage, threat, attack, defense, fighting with paws, and flight; no restlessness, impelling locomotion, vacant staring, or apprehension.
Caused consistent mydriasis and tachypnea; inconsistent dyspnea, licking, vomiting, salivation, defecation, and micturition.
Induced consistent ataxia; no scratching, rigidity, weakness with adynamia, myoclonic jerks, or convulsions.
Showed no measurable impelling locomotion at any tested dose.
Caused very short-duration, non-dose-dependent aggressive fighting behavior with mean duration near 0 minutes across all tested doses.
