Schizotenuin A (1-100 μM; 24 h) potently inhibits Aβ42 fibrillization with an IC₅₀ of 2.93 μM in a dose-dependent manner^[1].
Schizotenuin A (100 μM; 24 h) significantly reduces and shortens Aβ42 fibrils as visualized by TEM^[1].

Ferroptosis

Schizotenuin A (compound 40) inhibits lipid peroxidation in rat liver microsomes with an IC₅₀ of 36.25 μM, which is more potent than (+)-α-Tocopherol (HY-N0683)^[2].
