YTHDF2 ligand-1 (1 h) binds to YTHDF2 with a Kd value of 1.3 μM and exhibits high selectivity, showing approximately 100-fold lower affinity for YTHDC1 and approximately 350-fold lower affinity for YTHDC2[1].
