Anticancer agent 352 (III-224) exhibits moderate antiproliferative activity against MCF7 cells (GI₅₀ = 0.05-0.5 μM)^[1].
Anticancer agent 352 exhibits only weak antiproliferative activity against both ERα-overexpressing and non-overexpressing T-Rex 293 cells induced by Doxorubicin (HY-15142A) (GI₅₀ > 2.5 μM)^[1].
