     FM4-64 (1 µM; 30 min). Confocal microscopy images of MG1655 stained with SYTOX (nucleic acid dye, green) and FM4‐64 (outer membrane dye, red) revealed that the SYTOX/FM4‐64 ratio increased under ENR treatment, indicating elevated membrane permeability.
