All Somatostatin Receptor Isoforms :

In Vitro

L-797591 (10^-7 M) inhibits Forskolin-stimulated cAMP accumulation in cortical neuron monolayers^[1].
L-797591 (1 μM; 1 h) inhibits CRH-stimulated cAMP accumulation in E17-18 cortical neurons^[1].
