MALT1-IN-15
MALT1-IN-15 is a MALT1 inhibitor with an IC50 of 0.014 μM. MALT1-IN-15 inhibits MALT1-mediated cleavage in MALT1 GloSensor reporter cells. MALT1-IN-15 inhibits the secretion of IL-6 and IL-10 in lymphoma cells. MALT1-IN-15 can be used for research on MALT1-related diseases.

In Vitro
MALT1-IN-15 (Formula (I)) (30 μM-0.5 nM; preincubation for 50 minutes; incubation for 4 hours) inhibited full-length MALT1 protease activity with an IC50 of 0.014 μM in the Ac-LRSR-AMC biochemical assay[1].
MALT1-IN-15 (2.5-fold serial dilution; 45-60 min pre-incubation; 4 h incubation) inhibits MALT1-mediated cleavage in Jurkat MALT1 GloSensor™ cells with an IC50 of 0.0034 mM[1].
MALT1-IN-15 (15 μM-58.6 nM; 24 hours) inhibits IL-6 and IL-10 secretion in OCI-Ly3 cells with IC50 values of 0.019 μM and 0.017 μM, respectively[1].
