Biological Activity
Mogroside III-A1 (0.08 mg/mL) is present in both high-temperature and low-temperature dried monk fruit (Siraitia grosvenorii) samples, with no notable content difference between the two drying treatment groups, as detected via HPTLC analysis[1].
