Myristamidopropyl dimethylamine (MAPD) is an antimicrobial agent (including against bacteria and fungi) and an insecticide, exhibiting inhibitory activity against Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Staphylococcus aureus, Candida albicans, Fusarium solani, and Acanthamoeba polyphaga.
