Biological Activity
ONO-0740556 engages in extensive interactions with the N-terminus, extracellular loops 1 and 2 (ECL1, ECL2), and transmembrane domains 2, 3, 5, 6, and 7 (TM2, TM3, TM5, TM6, TM7) of the receptor. Its binding site consists of two parts: a polar recognition region on the extracellular side and a hydrophobic pocket within the transmembrane region. This binding mode is also observed in S1P receptors[1].
