In Vitro

PI3K-IN-41 (copound 2) (10 nM) decreases AKT phosphorylation in HGC-27 cells, and (1-10 μM) inhibits colony formation of HGC-27 cells, after exposure to UV light irradiation for 5 min, 15 min, and 30 min[1].
