PROTAC SMARCA2 degrader-13 (I-322) (24 h) potently degrades SMARCA2 protein in A549 cells, with a DC₅₀ value < 100 nM and a degradation rate of over 90% after 24 hours^[1].
PROTAC SMARCA2 degrader-13 (24 h) potently degrades SMARCA4 protein in MV4-11 cells, with a DC₅₀ of less than 100 nM and a degradation rate of over 90% after 24 h^[1].
