RNA splicing modulator 3 (compound 238) modulates RNA splicing with AC50 values of between 100 nM (HTT-AJ) and 1 μM (HTT-CJ)[1].
RNA splicing modulator 3 inhibits HTT, SMN2, and Target C mRNA levels with IC50s of between 100 nM and 1 μM, < 100 nM, and between 1 μM and 10 μM, respectively[1].
