Biological Activity
FGFR3-TACC3[1]
SNIPER(TACC3)-11 (compound 5a) (0.3-3 μM; 6 hours) reduces FGFR3-TACC3 levels[1].
SNIPER(TACC3)-11 (0.3-3 μM; 72 hours) inhibits the growth of RT4 cells at 3 µM, and does not inhibit the growth of HeLa cells[1].
