SOS1-IN-22
SOS1-IN-22 is a son of sevenless homolog 1 (SOS1) inhibitor. SOS1-IN-22 can inhibit KRAS-G12C/SOS1 complex formation with an IC50 value of 40.28 nM. SOS1-IN-22 can reduce phosphorylation ERK levels. SOS1-IN-22 can be used for the research of cancer, such as pancreatic carcinoma and appendiceal carcinoma.

Biological Activity
SOS1-IN-22 (Compound A15f) (72 h) shows proliferation-inhibitory activity with an IC50 of 1.03 μM in K562 cells[1].
SOS1-IN-22 (0-10000 nM) inhibits KRAS-G12C/SOS1 complex formation[1].
SOS1-IN-22 (0-300 nM, 2 h) dose-dependently decreases pERK levels in K562 cells[1].
SOS1-IN-22 (1-10 nM, 2 h) significantly enhances suppression of pERK expression combined within AMG510 (HY-114277) (20 nM) in MIAPaCa-2 cells[1].
SOS1-IN-22 (0.0001-10 μM, 72 h) does not exhibit significant cytotoxicity in HL-7702 and 5k cells[1].
