Tetracycline/BSA
Based on 1 Customer Validation
Tetracycline/BSA is a tetracycline-carrier protein conjugate of Tetracycline (HY-A0107) and bovine serum albumin (BSA). Tetracycline/BSA can be used as an immobilized capture antigen for the detection of tetracycline residues in milk.

Biological Activity
Tetracycline/BSA serves as a specific immobilized capture antigen that binds anti-tetracycline Au@Ag NP-DTNB-antibody nanoprobes in the duplex SERS-based lateral flow immunosensor, enabling selective competitive detection of tetracycline in milk samples[1].
Tetracycline/BSA coated quadruplex GICA enables sensitive qualitative and quantitative detection of tetracycline residues in milk, with a cut-off value of 16 ng/mL, LOD of 0.10 ng/mL, linear range of 0.13-8 ng/mL, and spiked recoveries of 86.4-100.5% with CVs ≤14.5%[2].
MedChemExpress (MCE) has not independently confirmed the accuracy of these methods. They are for reference only.
