In Vitro

TRG-192 potently inhibits glutaminase in cell-free in vitro biochemical assays, with an IC50 of 68 nM[1].
TRG-192 (0.01-1 μM; 72 h) potently inhibits the proliferation of glutamine-addicted NSCLC cell lines (A549, H460, H358), with IC50 values of 0.068 μM, 0.038 μM and 0.035 μM respectively after 72 h of treatment[1].
TRG-192 (0.3 μM; 24 h) significantly reduces intracellular glutamate levels in LDK378-resistant (LR) cells[1].
