Vindesine
Vindesine is a derivative of Vinblastine (HY-13780). Vindesine binds to and stabilizes tubulin. Vindesine inhibits mitosis in cancer cells and prevents the invasion of normal tissues by malignant cells. Vindesine can be used in cancer research.

Biological Activity
Vindesine binds to intracellular tubulin, thereby inhibiting the assembly of functional microtubules in actively dividing cells[2].
Vindesine potently inhibits mitosis in cancer cell lines[3].
Vindesine inhibits the invasion of malignant cells into normal tissues in vitro[3].
