XYQ3-B11 (20 μM) activates PPARα in HEK293 cells with an EC50 of 8.33 μM, and at 20 μM achieves a relative luciferase intensity of 1.98 ± 0.05[1].
XYQ3-B11 (20 μM) does not induce significant cytotoxicity in HEK293, HepG2, or L02 cells when treated at 20 μM[1].
