DTriP-22 is a highly potent and low-toxicity inhibitor of enterovirus 71 3D polymerase (EV71 3D polymerase). DTriP-22 exhibits broad-spectrum anti-RNA virus activity (particularly against picornaviruses) beyond EV71, but shows no activity against DNA viruses. DTriP-22 acts at the early stage of viral replication and exerts its function by specifically inhibiting viral RNA synthesis. DTriP-22 can be used in anti-enterovirus research.

SARS-CoV-2-IN-95 (Compound 10) is an inhibitor for SARS-CoV-2 PLpro with an IC₅₀ of 0.39 μM. SARS-CoV-2-IN-95 exhibits antiviral activity in mouse SARS-CoV-2-infected model.

Mizoribine 5'-monophosphate (MZR-P) is the active metabolite of Mizoribine (HY-17470). Mizoribine 5'-monophosphate is an inhibitor of inosine-5'-monophosphate dehydrogenase (IMPDH), and its K_i values for IMPDH of Trypanosoma brucei, Bacillus subtilis and Oceanobacillus iheyensis are 3.3, 72 and 157 nM respectively. Mizoribine 5'-monophosphate can be used in anti-trypanosomiasis and immunosuppression research.

Reverse transcriptase-IN-4 is a click chemistry reagent, it contains an Azide group and can undergo copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition reaction (CuAAc) with molecules containing Alkyne groups. Influenza A virus-IN-14 (Compound 37) is an inhibitor for influenza virus type A (IAV), which inhibits H1N1 with an EC₅₀ of 23 nM. Influenza A virus-IN-14 exhibits low cytotoxicity with CC₅₀ of more than 100 μM. Influenza A virus-IN-14 inhibits cytopathic effect and improves the survival rates of cell Calu3. Influenza A virus-IN-14 exhibits synergistic activity with the neuraminidase inhibitor Oseltamivir (HY-13317). Influenza A virus-IN-14 exhibits poor pharmacokinetic properties in CD-1 mouse.

Lucidenic lactone is a terpene compound, is a DNA polymerase inhibitor. Lucidenic lactone inhibits calf DNA polymerase-α, rat DNA polymerase-β, and HIV-1 reverse transcriptase with IC₅₀ values of 42 μM, 99 μM, and 69 μM, respectively.

Fluoro azasterol is a class of azasterols. Azasterols are a group of compounds that have uses as anti-parasitic, antifungal, and anti-toxoplasma agents.

Viral polymerase-IN-1 hydrochloride, a Gemcitabine (HY-17026) derivative, potently inhibits influenza A and B viruses infection with IC₉₀ values of 11.4-15.9 μM. Viral polymerase-IN-1 hydrochloride is active against SARS-CoV-2 infection. Viral polymerase-IN-1 hydrochloride suppresses influenza virus infection by affecting viral RNA replication/transcription in cells.

Defensin HNP 4 (HNP 4) is a host-defense peptide that has antimicrobial activity against Gram-negative bacteria. Defensin HNP 4 inhibits ACTH stimulated synthesis of Corticosterone (HY-B1618) in rat adrenal cell suspensions.

SARS-CoV-2-IN-98 (compound 38) is a SARS-CoV-2 inhibitor with the K_d of 0.73 μM and can be used for study of COVID-19.

PptT-IN-4 (Compound 3a) is a PptT inhibitor (IC₅₀: 0.71 μM). PptT-IN-4 inhibits Mtb H37Rv with a MIC value of 42 μM. PptT-IN-4 also inhibits hERG, hCav1.2, and hNav1.5 channels with IC₅₀s of 11 μM, 8.1 μM, 6.9 μM respectively.

RSV-IN-10 (compound 6a) shows antiviral activity against RSV with the IC₅₀ of 4 μM. RSV-IN-10 can be used for study of respiratory infection.

Coptisine (chloride) (Standard) is the analytical standard of Coptisine (chloride). This product is intended for research and analytical applications. Coptisine chloride is an alkaloid from Chinese goldthread, and acts as an efficient uncompetitive IDO inhibitor with a Ki value of 5.8 μM and an IC₅₀ value of 6.3 μM. Coptisine chloride is a potent H1N1 neuraminidase (NA-1) inhibitor with an IC₅₀ of 104.6 μg/mL and can be used for influenza A (H1N1) infection.

Peplomycin (Bleomycin PEP) sulfate is an analog of Bleomycin (HY-108345) and an antitumor antibiotic. Peplomycin sulfate exhibits potent antitumor activity and relatively low pulmonary toxicity.
