Bardoxolone (Standard) is the analytical standard of Bardoxolone (HY-14909). This product is intended for research and analytical applications. Bardoxolone is an orally active activator of nuclear regulatory factor (NRf-2) and an inhibitor of SARS-CoV-2 3CL protease. Bardoxolone inhibits SARS-CoV-2 3CL protease with an EC₅₀ value of 0.43 μM in vero cells. Bardoxolone also inhibits necroptosis in HT-29 cells with an EC₅₀ value of 1.30 μM by blocking necrosome formation through inhibiting phosphorylation of RIPK1 and RIPK3. Bardoxolone can be used in research on COVID-19, TNF-induced systemic inflammatory response syndrome (SIRS), and cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury.

R-82150 does not inhibit the replication of HIV-2, other RNA viruses, and DNA viruses.

KR019 is a potent HBV capsid assembly modulator, exhibits potent antiviral activity in HBV-replicating cells. KR019 binds to the hydrophobic pocket at the core protein dimer-dimer interface, misdirecting capsid assembly into genome-free capsids and thereby inhibiting viral replication.

CD1530 (Standard) is the analytical standard of CD1530 (HY-108527). This product is intended for research and analytical applications. CD1530 is an orally active, selective RARγ agonist and antibacterial agent. CD1530 reduces Smad1/5/8 phosphorylation and overall Smad levels. CD1530 reduces β-catenin, MMP9 protein, and ROS levels. Isohematinic acid has weak anti-anaerobic bacteria action.

Merulidial (Compound 1) is an antibiotic and cytotoxic agent with a sesquiterpene dialdehyde structure. Merulidial significantly inhibits the germination of spores and the hyphal growth of the wood-roting basidiomycete Heterobasidion annosum (H. annosum) and the saprophytic mould Cladosporium cucumerinum (C.cucumerinum). Merulidial also inhibits a variety of bacteria, algae and DNA synthesis of ECA cells. Merulidial shows a strong anticancer activity with IC₅₀ s of 20 and 10 μg/mL for ECA and L1210 cells, respectively .

GKL003 is a bacterial transcription inhibitor that targets the RNAP-σ interaction interface, with a K_i of 5.79 nM. GKL003 specifically binds to the RNAP β' clamp helix region at the σ^A factor binding site, blocks the formation of RNAP holoenzyme, and inhibits the formation of bacterial transcription initiation complexes. GKL003 inhibits the growth of both Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacterial cells, and also exhibits activity against drug-resistant strains.

SARS-CoV-2-IN-67 (Compound 16), a vitamin K derivatives, has anti-SARS-CoV-2 activity (EC₅₀: 64.8 μM in VeroE6/TMPRSS2 cells). SARS-CoV-2-IN-67 inhibits SARS-CoV-2 RdRp activity.

Carpetimycin B has very strong activity against Gram-positive and negative bacteria (including β-lactamase producing bacteria). Carpetimycin B has a strong inhibitory effect on β-lactamase.

Bromomonilicin is a selective fungal cell membrane inhibitor. Bromomonilicin exerts antifungal activity by disrupting fungal cell membrane integrity. Bromomonilicin is promising for research of plant pathogenic fungal infections (e.g., Monilinia fructicola-induced brown rot) and superficial mycoses (e.g., dermatophyte infections).

Antimalarial agent 56 is an orally active antimalarial agent. Antimalarial agent 56 inhibits the growth of both drug-sensitive and drug-resistant Plasmodium falciparum strains in vitro. Antimalarial agent 56 can be used in malaria research.

Cilastatin (Standard) is the analytical standard of Cilastatin. This product is intended for research and analytical applications. Cilastatin (MK0791) is a reversible, competitive renal dehydropeptidase I inhibitor with an IC₅₀ of 0.1 μM. Cilastatin inhibits the bacterial metallob-lactamase enzyme CphA with an IC₅₀ of 178 μM. Cilastatin is an antibacterial adjunct.

Primocarcin is an antibiotic that inhibits Ehrlich ascites cancer.

LY 186826 is a γ-lactam antibiotic containing an aminothioazole methoxyacetic acid side chain at the C-7 position. LY186826 exhibits potent antibacterial activity against a wide range of Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria. LY186826 is inactivated by β-lactamases and Enterobacterases, showing stronger activity against Enterobacter strains.

Rhizopodin is a new cytostatic compound isolated from the culture fluid of the slime mold Myxococcus stipitatus. Rhizopodin inhibits the growth of various animal cell cultures without killing the cells, with an ID50 value of 12 to 30 ng/ml, depending on the cell line. In particular, fibroblast-like cells show typical morphological changes, with cells becoming larger and forming long branched reticular extensions within hours, and these morphological changes are irreversible. Rhizopodin inhibits bleb formation in K-562 cells, possibly through interaction with protein phosphorylation.
