Antibacterial agent 345 inhibits DNA gyrase and inhibits bacterial DNA replication and transcription. Antibacterial agent 345 inhibits bacterial biofilm formation. Antibacterial agent 345 can be used for the research of bacterial infections, such as Pseudomonas aeruginosa infection.
