Artoheteronin (Compound 1) inhibits LPS (HY-D1056)-induced nitric oxide production in mouse macrophage RAW 264.7 cells with an IC50 of 0.58 μM and shows no cytotoxicity to these cells[1].
Artoheteronin inhibits HIV-1 reverse transcriptase activity in C8166 cells with an EC50 of 0.18 μM and shows no cytotoxicity to these cells (CC50 >200 μM)[1].
