In Vitro

Uplarafenib (Compound C09) (1 μM) shows more than 89% inhibition against BRAF and BRAF V600E[1].
Uplarafenib shows an IC50 between 50 and 100 nM against BRAF, less than 50 nM against BRAF V600E[1].
Uplarafenib (72 h) inhibits A375 and SK-MEL-28 cells growth but not CHL-1 and SK-MEL-31 cells[1].

MedChemExpress (MCE) has not independently confirmed the accuracy of these methods. They are for reference only.

Help & FAQs
  • Do most proteins show cross-species activity?

Species cross-reactivity must be investigated individually for each product. Many human cytokines will produce a nice response in mouse cell lines, and many mouse proteins will show activity on human cells. Other proteins may have a lower specific activity when used in the opposite species.
