Based on 1 Customer Validation

PAI-1-derived peptide (ARMAPE) is a hexapeptide derived from the reactive center loop (RCL) of plasminogen activator inhibitor-1 (PAI-1). PAI-1-derived peptide can selectively bind to the PAI-1 binding site of t-PA without inactivating t-PA. PAI-1-derived peptide can be used to prepare linkers for t-PA/polymer conjugates. PAI-1-derived peptide competitively inhibits trypanosome endopeptidase.
