KDEL (10 μM; 30 min-10 h) fused to the C-terminus of OVA_257-264 enhances MHC class I-associated peptide presentation on EL-4 and RMA cells^[1].

In Vivo

KDEL (10 μM; subcutaneous injection after DC loading; twice) significantly enhances and prolongs MHC class I presentation of exogenous peptides in C57BL/6 mice, induces a stronger specific CTL response, and significantly inhibits E.G7‑OVA tumor growth^[1].

Induced greatly enhanced specific CD8⁺ cytotoxic T lymphocyte (CTL) responses, remarkably prolonged surface MHC class I/peptide complex display, and resulted in significant inhibition of E.G7‑OVA tumor growth in vivo compared with OVA_257‑264 or OVA_257‑264‑TEWT peptide groups.
