L-CCG-I can inhibit the forskolin-stimulated adenosine 3':5'-cyclic monophosphate (cyclic AMP) accumulation in mGluR2-expressing cells^[1].
L-CCG-I evoked an inhibition of the forskolin-stimulated cyclic AMP production characteristic of mGluR4^[1].
