IC50 & Target[1]



In Vitro

CAY10410 (11-Oxo-prosta-5Z; 1 μM; 24 h) activates PPRE-LUC activity and this activation is inhibited by the PPARγ DN in B cells[1].
CAY10410 (0-25 μM; 48 h) does not inhibit either Ramos cells or normal human B cells, even at doses up to 25 μM[1].
