Irisflorentin does not affect the LPS-stimulated RAW 264.7 macrophages viability up to a concentration of 40 μM^[1].
Irisflorentin (10-40 μM) inhibits the LPS-induced production of NO in a concentration-dependent manner without affecting the iNOS activity in RAW 264.7 macrophages^[1].
Irisflorentin (10-40 μM) concentration dependently inhibits the LPS (10 ng/mL)-induced increase in iNOS mRNA expression in LPS stimulated RAW 264.7 macrophages. Irisflorentin (10-40 μM) concentration-dependently suppresses the production of TNF-α, IL-1β and IL-6 in LPS stimulated RAW 264.7 macrophages^[1].
Irisflorentin (10-40 μM) concentration dependently inhibits the LPS (10 ng/mL)-induced increase in iNOS protein levels. Add each solvent one by one: 10% DMSO 90% Corn Oil

This protocol yields a clear solution of ≥ 2.17 mg/mL (saturation unknown). If the continuous dosing period exceeds half a month, please choose this protocol carefully.

Taking 1 mL working solution as an example, add 100 μL DMSO stock solution (21.7 mg/mL) to 900 μL Corn oil, and mix evenly.
