In Vitro

Jinflexin A (0.1953125-100 μM; 72 h) inhibits proliferation of HeLa, HTB-26, T-47D, A2780, A2780cis, MCF-7, KCR human cancer cell lines and MRC-5 normal human fibroblasts, with the strongest activity against MCF-7 cells (IC₅₀ = 12.9 μM) and T-47D cells (IC₅₀ = 14.2 μM)^[2].
Jinflexin A (10 mg/mL; 24 h) shows no antibacterial activity against methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (ATCC43300) in the disk-diffusion assay^[2].
