PROTAC EZH2 Degrader-28 (compound 66) reduces proliferation of SU-DHL-6 lymphoma cells with an IC₅₀ value of 16.2 μM, and has no measurable antiproliferative activity (IC₅₀ >30 μM) in HBL-1 lymphoma cells^[1].
