In dogs, TAK-029 (30-100 μg/kg, iv) inhibited ADP-induced platelet aggregation in vitro[1].
In monkeys, TAK-029 (10-30 μg/kg, iv) inhibited ADP-induced platelet aggregation in vitro and prolonged BT[1].
