Tabirafusp alfa (OG-2072, KSI-101) is a bispecific antibody trap fusion protein that inhibits IL-6 and VEGF. Tabirafusp alfa is a first-in-class, high-strength intravitreal biologic designed to target IL-6 mediated inflammation and VEGF-mediated vascular permeability in macular edema secondary to inflammation (MESI).
