COX-1-IN-6 (Compound 3) (1-10 μM) potently inhibits COX-1 activity in human platelets with an IC₅₀ of 3.0 μM, showing 71% inhibition at 10 μM and 31% inhibition at 1 μM^[1].
COX-1-IN-6 (10 μM) exhibits negligible COX-2 inhibitory activity in insect Sf21 cells expressing recombinant COX-2, with only 1% inhibition at 10 μM^[1].
