IBI3011 exhibits high affinity for human and cynomolgus monkey IL1RAP proteins at both the protein and cellular levels, but shows no affinity for mouse IL1RAP protein^[1].
IBI3011 inhibits the secretion of inflammatory cytokines TNFα and IFNγ by peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) stimulated with IL1α/β, IL33, and IL36α/β/γ^[1].
