ENPP3 Inhibitor 1 (Compound 4t) (100 μM, 24 h) shows anti-tumor activities against human cancer cell lines MCF7, HeLa and human embryonic kidney cell lines HEK293, with the inhibition rate of 29.6%, 49.7% and 8.6%[1].
