ERα ligand 6
ERα ligand 6 is an amino intermediate derived from OBHSA, and also serves as a precursor for the synthesis of ERα-targeted hydrophobic tag degraders, such as the ERα ligand moiety of ERα/RAD51 degrader 1 (HY-187096).

In Vitro
ERα ligand 6 is an amino intermediate derived from OBHSA, which serves as the ERα ligand moiety of ERα/RAD51 degrader 1 (HY-187096). ERα/RAD51 degrader 1 is a HyT degrader targeting ERα and RAD51, which drives the degradation of ERα and RAD51 via the ubiquitin-proteasome pathway. ERα/RAD51 degrader 1 acts on both Tamoxifen (HY-13757A)-sensitive and Tamoxifen-resistant breast cancer[1].
