Biological Activity
Erinacine C (0.1-10 µM, 24 h) inhibits the cell growth of BV2 microglia, reduces the production of NO, IL-6 and TNF-α, and promotes the expression of HO-1 in LPS (HY-D1056)-stimulated BV2 microglia[2].
